Record an expense

1. Open Finance from More and tap +. The two connected segments are Income and Expense; choose Expense, then choose an expense category in the two-row rail.
2. Enter the amount. Tap the currency chip inside the amount field to change currency, set the date and note, optionally attach a person, then tap Save. The saved expense appears in the ledger for its period.

Record income

1. Tap + in Finance and choose Income. The category rail now shows income categories such as Salary and Side income.
2. Enter the amount, currency, date and note, then tap Save. Scroll to the ledger or open Statistics and choose Income to review the entry.

Track a debt

1. In the add sheet, use the small pill beside Income/Expense to switch to Borrow/Lend. Choose Lend for money you give someone or Borrow for money you receive; the first segment is money in and the second is money out.
2. Enter the amount, currency and date. Attach a person or type a counterparty name in the field below the note; debt entries do not use the regular category rail.
3. Set a reminder date if needed, then tap Save. The reminder is scheduled for 09:00 on that date. The loan balances in the overview show what is still owed; they differ from loans made during the selected period.

Read finance statistics

1. Tap the pie-chart button in the Finance header. Choose Expense, Income or Loans / Debt, then select Week, Month, Year, All or a custom date range.
2. Read the balance chart, category breakdown and entry list. Tap a category to filter the view and clear it to see the full range again.

• Total balance in the overview opens its balance history. Set a starting amount and date there when you want to track a running balance; Finance settings can hide this block.
• Use the target button in the header to open Budgets. Set a weekly or monthly spending limit for all expenses or a category; the amount spent is calculated from your ledger.
• Use the piggy-bank button to open Savings jars. Add a goal, then record contributions or withdrawals from that jar. These entries build the saved amount shown on the jar.

1. Open a fresh add sheet with +, then choose Add from receipt before entering other details. Read the guidance, take a photo or choose one photo from the library, then confirm the scan.
2. Complete entries are saved automatically after recognition. Review the saved rows, fill in any unclear information, and decide whether to skip or add a possible duplicate. Saving the remaining rows does not scan the photo again.
