Understand and manage your Inner Circle
- The ❤️ Inner Circle is the core ring of your 3-5 most important people, displayed at the top of your People home tab.
- To add a contact, edit their profile, find Circles, check ❤️ Inner Circle, and tap Save.
- You cannot delete or rename the ❤️ Inner Circle circle from your settings.

Ember reserves the Inner Circle specifically for your closest relationships to encourage frequent reachouts.
Create and manage custom CirclesPro feature
- Go to Settings → Circles.
- Tap the + (plus) icon in the top corner to create a new circle.
- Type the name in the NAME field. Tip: Use an emoji in the name to automatically add an icon (e.g. "🏢 Work").
- Choose a color swatch and tap Save.
- To delete a custom circle, swipe it or tap it in the list and select delete. If contacts are inside, they will be removed from the circle but not deleted from your app.
Manage Circles
Group contacts by closeness. Inner Circle is the core ring (3-5 most important people) and cannot be deleted.

Use an emoji in the name to add an icon (e.g. "🏢 Work").
COLOR
Creating custom circles beyond the default ones is a Pro feature.
Create a new Group
- On the People tab, find the Groups section and tap New to open the creation form.
- Enter the group NAME (e.g. Poker Night or Work Team) and an optional DESCRIPTION.
- Select members from your contact list, pick a logo emoji, and tap Create Group.

Log a group meeting and attendance
- Open the Groups index and tap your group to view the details screen.
- Tap Interaction to open the log sheet (or Note to jot a quick note). Inside the sheet you can switch the type to Meeting, Call, or Text.
- Select the date/time in the When it happened field.
- When the log type is Meeting or Call, check the attendees who were present (for example, 5/7 present).
- Write down notes about what was discussed, and tap Save.

Yes. Simply edit their contact card, uncheck the "Inner Circle" box under Circles, and tap Save.
