EmberCompare subscription plans
Compare the contact, reminder and daily Ember Points limits shown in Plans. Store-localized prices shown before confirmation determine the charge.
- Free: 20 contacts, up to 5 active reminders and 5 Ember Points/day.
- Ember Pro: 2,000 contacts, unlimited reminders and 100 Ember Points/day. Includes custom circles, contact photos, daily AI reminders, voice notes, voice reminders and all AI agents.
- Ember Ultra: 10,000 contacts, unlimited reminders and 200 Ember Points/day. Includes Pro features and exclusive Ultra features.
Understand Ember Points costs
Daily points reset at the start of a new UTC day, rather than 24 hours after your last action, and do not carry over.
- A Keeper response, voice interaction log or voice reminder uses 1 point.
- A charged Today report uses 1 point; a daily astrology forecast uses 5 points.
- A birth-chart or compatibility interpretation uses 10 points.
- The 1 / 3 / 10-card Tarot spreads use 2 / 5 / 10 points respectively. Other spreads show their cost before you proceed.
Ember Points History shows Extra points, Points per day, Used today and Total left today separately. Its timeline includes quest rewards and point usage. A row only opens a saved result when its receipt includes that result.

Extra points are the points you earn from quests. They never expire.
You're on the Ember Pro plan, so you get 100 Ember Points every day (they don't carry over).
Subscribe to a plan
- Open Settings → Plans.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly on the paid plan card.
- Read the displayed price, billing period and trial disclosure. The free-trial button appears only when the store package offers a trial and your account is eligible; otherwise the button shows the subscription charge.
- Confirm the transaction through App Store or Google Play. The store confirmation and its localized price determine your purchase.
Redeem a promo code
- On iPhone and iPad, redeem at keepember.com/redeem; in the Android app, use Settings.
- Android: Settings → PLAN → Enter promo code.
- Enter your code.
- Apply → You're in!.
Redeem your code
Enter your code and the email for your Ember account.
Promo code
Use the code issued to you. On success Ember displays the granted tier and its actual expiry date; the guide’s sample code does not promise an active offer.
Restore past purchases
- If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings → Plans.
- Restore purchases.
- Purchases restored. / No purchases to restore..
Manage or cancel subscriptions
- For an active store subscription, open Settings → Plans, scroll down and tap Cancel subscription.
- Confirm Open subscription settings, then manage renewal in the store that bills your plan.
- Promo grants and lifetime benefits do not have this cancellation button. A promo code does not start a store subscription.
