Interactions, transactions & stats

Maintaining relationships requires consistent attention. Ember makes logging interactions effortless.

Record text logs, dictate voice logs, track financial transactions/debts, and inspect visual warmth charts on your Stats page.

Log a contact interaction

  1. On a contact detail page, tap Interactions.
  2. Tap one of the quick buttons: Call, Meeting, Text, Email, or Note.
  3. Select the date in When it happened.
  4. Fill in the notes text field (e.g. for a Call: What was said? Any conclusions?; for a Meeting: Where did you meet, what did you discuss?).
  5. Tap Save or Save without notes.

The log sheet keeps the selected channel, occurrence time, and short note before saving it to the contact history.

Record a Voice LogPro feature

  1. On the contact page, tap the Quick voice log button.
  2. When the status shows Listening…, speak your log details clearly.
  3. Keeper transcribes it on-device; after you send, it confirms with a Logged from voice toast.
  4. Tap Send to commit the log — Keeper writes it to their interactions and shows a Logged from voice toast. Tap Undo on that toast if you want to cancel.

Track transactions & debts

  1. On a contact detail page, select the Transactions tab.
  2. Enter the numerical Amount and toggle between Money in (money received) and Money out (money paid).
  3. Optionally, check the Count as debt checkbox to mark this transaction as an outstanding balance.
  4. Add optional notes and tap Save.

Ask Keeper about your debts

  1. Navigate to the AI tab.
  2. Ask Keeper about outstanding balances, for example: How much does Emma still owe me? or Who owes me money?.
  3. Keeper will read your transactions database and output the exact net balance.

Keeper can read saved transactions, calculate the net debt, and cite the money ledger it used.

Read the Stats and Activity page

  1. Open the Activity dashboard and select its Stats tab.
  2. Toggle between This week, This month, or This year to set the time frame.
  3. Inspect the Interaction Chart, categorized by channels: Calls, Meetings, and Messages.
  4. Check the warmth meter: Burning bright (recent contact), Still warm, Cooling, Nearly out, or Going cold.
  5. Scroll to the quiet-contacts list (e.g. people quiet over 1 month) to see contacts ranked by days since your last interaction.

Can I edit an interaction after saving it?

Yes — tap an existing interaction to reopen it in Edit mode, change the notes or date, then tap Save changes. You can also delete it from that same screen.

What counts as "kept warm" in the stats?

Ember calculates warmth based on the elapsed time since your last logged call, meeting, or message.
