Interactions, transactions & stats

Maintaining relationships requires consistent attention. Ember makes logging interactions effortless.

Log interactions, dictate a voice log, and record transactions or debts. Activity has separate Stats, Ranking and Going cold tabs; its charts count recorded activity in the selected period.

Log a contact interaction

  1. On the contact page, find the four quick actions: Interaction, Note, Transaction and Photo, then tap Interaction.
  2. Choose Call, Meeting or Text. Use the separate Note quick action for a standalone note.
  3. Set When it happened, then enter an optional summary.
  4. Tap Save, or Save without notes when the summary is empty.

The log sheet keeps the selected channel, occurrence time, and short note before saving it to the contact history.

Record a Voice LogPro feature

  1. On the contact page, tap the Quick voice log button.
  2. When the status shows Listening…, speak your log details clearly.
  3. Tap Send to commit the log — Keeper writes it to their interactions and shows a Logged from voice toast. Tap Undo on that toast if you want to cancel.

Voice Log captures the interaction in the contact context, then lets you send or edit before saving.

Voice logs cost 1 Ember Point from your daily allowance.

Track transactions & debts

  1. On the contact page, tap the Transaction quick action.
  2. Select Expense, Income, Lend or Borrow. The lending and borrowing choices record debt directly.
  3. Enter the amount, currency and date. Income and expense can have a category; lending and borrowing can have a reminder date.
  4. Add an optional note, then tap Save.

  1. Navigate to the AI tab.
  2. Ask Keeper about outstanding balances, for example: How much does Emma still owe me? or Who owes me money?.
  3. Keeper will read your transactions database and output the exact net balance.

Keeper can read saved transactions, calculate the net debt, and cite the money ledger it used.

Read the Stats and Activity page

  1. Open Activity. Its three tabs are Stats, Ranking and Going cold.
  2. In Stats, choose Week, Month, Year or Custom.
  3. Read the interaction chart and the breakdown for messages, calls and meetings.
  4. Open Ranking to see the people you kept in touch with most during the selected period.
  5. Open Going cold to find quiet relationships and choose Reheat when you want to reconnect.

Can I edit an interaction after saving it?

Yes — tap an existing interaction to reopen it in Edit mode, change the notes or date, then tap Save changes. You can also delete it from that same screen.

This counts distinct contacts with a logged interaction during the selected period and circle filter. Each person counts once, even if you log several interactions with them.
