Use Subscriptions one step at a time, then return to this guide whenever you need a refresher.

The instructions follow the mobile app; a label may be slightly different when your app language changes.

Add a recurring item

Open Subscriptions and tap +. Enter the service, amount and currency, billing cycle, fixed or variable amount, and next due date.
Keep the payment method, categories, reminder choice and account or manage details in the form, then tap Save and reopen the item to check them.

Choose a primary category when the screen offers that choice, then save and reopen the item to check the categories.

Set a payment reminder

Open subscription settings from the list gear, or open an item reminder. Turn reminders on and choose lead days, or set an item-specific override.
Save the reminder choice and return to the list; the due chip and reminder state reflect the current setting.
