Claim your 14-day Ember Pro code
- Join the Ember Discord server.
- Open the #pro-code channel. The command only works inside this channel; typing it anywhere else gets you a reminder to switch channels.
- Type the /pro-code command.
- A form only you can see appears. Enter the email address of your Ember account.
- The bot replies privately, showing a masked version of the address it sent the code to, such as n*@example.com.
- Open that email and tap the button inside to activate the code.
The code goes to your email instead of showing up in Discord because Discord can't confirm you actually own the email you typed. Sending it to your inbox means only the inbox owner can retrieve it, and the bot itself never sees the code.
Activate the code and fix common problems
- Tap the button in the email. It opens a page on keepember.com with your code and email already filled in.
- On iPhone and iPad, this web page is the only way to redeem the code. Apple's rules don't allow a code field inside the app.
- On Android, you can also open Settings, go to the plan section, and enter the code there directly.
- Each Discord account can claim the code once, and each Ember account can claim it once too.
- The code is locked to your email, so anyone else who picks it up can't use it.
- The code itself expires 30 days after it's issued. Once activated, Pro access lasts 14 days from that moment.
Enter your code
Enter your code and Ember account email.
Using Apple sign-in? Copy the email from app Settings and paste it here.
No email? Check your spam folder, confirm you typed your Ember account's exact address, and keep in mind a second attempt from the same account just tells you it's already claimed.

Why doesn't the code just show up in Discord?
Discord can't verify that you own the email address you type. Sending the code to your inbox means only the person who controls that inbox can retrieve it, and even the bot never sees the code itself.
How many times can I claim the code?
Once per Discord account and once per Ember account. Trying again just gets a message saying you've already claimed it.
How long is the code good for, and how long does Pro last?
The code expires 30 days after it's issued. Once you activate it, Ember Pro access lasts 14 days from that moment.
I typed my email but the bot says there's no Ember account for it. What do I do?
Download the Ember app and sign up using that exact email address, then go back to #pro-code and run /pro-code again.
When does the in-app quest for joining Discord count as done?
Only after you claim the code with /pro-code. Just joining the server, without running the command, leaves no trace for the app to detect.
I didn't get the email with my code. What now?
Check your spam folder and make sure you typed your Ember account's exact email address. Remember each account can only claim once, so a second attempt reports the code as already claimed rather than resending it.
