EmberOpen one journal day
- From the Home self card, tap the Journal entry beside the Daily Flame streak to enter Journal.
- The outer Journal screen keeps one page for each calendar day. Tap the pencil or Write button to create or edit today's page.
- Use the calendar icon to browse written days, or the template icon to choose which blocks appear by default.

- Give the page a title and choose one of five moods: Heavy, Not Okay, Balanced, Happy, or Great.
- Rotate, hide, or disable the daily quote, then write freely in the main text area. Type @ to mention a person in the day.
- Add modular sections such as Gratitude, Moment, Lesson, Tomorrow, Self-care, Photos, Person, or a custom section.
- Tap Save when the page is ready. You can return to edit it later.

Read a day and control Keeper access
- Open a saved day to read its title, mood, quote, writing, sections, people, and recorded activity together.
- Journal pages are shared with Keeper by default so the assistant can use them when you ask about your history.
- Turn the page sharing control off to make that page private. A private page is not readable by Keeper and is not used as context.
- You can also ask Keeper to add or update a journal page. Keeper shows a proposal first, and the change is saved only after you confirm it.

Browse the Journal calendar
- Tap the calendar icon and move between months with the arrows.
- Use Mood to see each day's feeling, People to see who appeared in a day, or Photos to find days with images.
- Tap a written day to open it in read mode, or choose an empty day to start a new page.

Set the daily template
- Open the template icon from Journal to edit the default structure for future days.
- Reorder blocks, hide optional sections, change the mood icon style, and choose whether the daily quote is included.
- Keep the Keeper sharing default on or off for new pages, then add a custom section when the built-in blocks do not fit your ritual.
