Coaching follow-up automation · Human-led
Thursday: she commits. Monday: you remember.
Capture the commitment while it is fresh, recall it when you need it, and create the reminder you want. Ember helps automate the remembering — never the relationship. It does not send messages, scrape calendars or email, or enforce accountability.
Thursday · 4:10 PM
Nina says “proposal Friday.” You catch the fact before the next call.
Voice-log the commitment while it is fresh. The transcript is created on your device and remains an editable input until you review it and explicitly tap Send; transcription can be inaccurate, so check the name and date. Send saves the note in Ember — it does not contact Nina.
Friday · 5:30 PM
You choose Monday. Then you create the follow-up.
When you decide the commitment is worth revisiting, you enter Nina, the time, and the note yourself. No reminder exists until you explicitly tap Create reminder.
Monday · 9:00 AM
The reminder returns with the promise attached.
After you create it, the follow-up appears in your reminder list with the fact you chose to save. Ember brings the context back; you decide whether, when, and how to contact Nina.
Automate the remembering, not the relationship
Keep the follow-up moving. Keep the coaching human.
Ember gives coaches a simple rhythm: capture a fact, recall the context, and create a reminder. It never sends the client a message, reads calendar or email behind the scenes, or judges whether a commitment was kept. The next conversation stays yours.
